The conference will take place at the beautiful Pan Pacific Vancouver. Located on Vancouver Harbor, conference delegates will have fantastic views of the harbor and the city from every location within the hotel. The conference has negotiated a favorable room block price at the conference hotel.
The room rate for the conference is $259 CAD plus taxes. Reservations are open and can be made using the link below. Hotel room reservations must be made by the end of the day on Thursday, September 26, 2024. After that time, the hotel is not obligated to honor the group rate that has been negotiated. The group rate is valid for October 26, 2024 – November 3, 2024. If space is available, the hotel will also honor this rate three days prior and three days after the dates listed above.

Individual reservations may be cancelled, without penalty, up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
No-Show Reservations
Guest room reservations where the guest has not arrived on their confirmed arrival date will be cancelled for the entire length of stay, by the Hotel. The party which has guaranteed the reservation will be charged an amount equaling one night of the confirmed guest room rate, plus applicable taxes and 50% of room revenue along with applicable taxes for any remaining nights (i.e., nights 2, 3, 4, etc.).
Early Departure Fee
An early departure fee of 50% of the remaining guest room revenue plus applicable taxes for the stay will apply if a group attendee checks out prior to the confirmed check out date. Guests will be exempt from this charge if they change their departure date prior to their reserved arrival date or at the time of their check-in to the Hotel. Early departure fees will be waived for documented medical emergencies and considered on a case-by-case basis.
